A Nightmare Outdoor The Last Daylight DVD

The legendary hardcore festival 'Nightmare Outdoor' moved its borders on May 16, 2009. For the first time the festival
left its Rotterdam roots to establish a new nightmare in the eastern parts of Holland.
Going under the guise of "Nightmare Outdoor - The last daylight" this 2009 edition was a thrillin' opening of the summer
festival season! Despite the tricky weather forecasts and the fact that this was the first time the party would proceed
during daylight, around 10.000 hardcore die-hards found their way to the spectacular festival grounds. UDC & Mid-Town
Records served up 6 areas with a combined total of 75 DJ's and live acts who took this festival ands its visitors into
hardcore heaven.

From kickin' mainstream hardcore via brutal terror and industrial over to the good old early rave and happy hardcore,
all aspects of this powerful scene were represented by leading artists such as Amnesys, Paul Elstak, DJ Panic, Mad Dog,
D-Passion, Marc Acardipane, Tha Playah, Peaky Pounder, Scott Brown, Enzyme X, Na-Goyah, The Stunned Guys, Ophidian,
Forze DJ Team, Akira, Mindustries and loads...
and loads more! The combination of the outstanding music, the surprisingly good weather, the extreme phat location plus
eye-catching decoration and off course the ear blowing sound systems made this 2009 edition a classic one.

And now the long awaited Live Registration DVD is being released. This DVD gives you the chance to relive the event once
again or get a glimpse of what you missed. All above listed elements and the many artists the festival had can be found on
this disc, together with the loaded photogallery, amusing interviews and the trailer.

Coldcut - Sound Mirrors (Videos & Remixes)

Individual video directors were specifically invited to add their creativity to a song, visually interpreting the track in their own unique way. There was no brief, no pitching against other directors, it was to be their creativity under the spotlight and just one constant - they all had to work to the same budget and if possible Coldcut were not to feature in the work.

It's all about taking the director out of the realm of painter for hire and giving them the creative recognition they so hugely deserve. This is not only in the creative brief but in how they are presented on the DVD and how their fee is an advance against royalites - the same as if they were a guest musician � it's an exciting and bold move.

The registration of the "Armin Only - Imagine" event, which was held on
April 19th in the Jaarbeurs venue in Utrecht, is the best selling DVD of
last week and therefore the brand new number 1 in the Dutch Music DVD
Top 30 chart. Herewith its the second number 1 spot for "Imagine" as
the CD with the same title earlier entered the number 1 spot in the Dutch
Album Top 100 chart, only one week after its release in April.

The "Armin Only - Imagine" DVD entered last week in the DVD chart at number
10 and now climbs in his second week directly to the highest spot. The DVD
shows a registration of all spectacular highlights of the 9 hour lasting
show around number 1 DJ of the World Armin van Buuren. It gives a unique
overview of the music, visuals, entertainment and live-performances by
amongst others Jacqueline Govaert from Dutch rockband Krezip. The bonus-DVD
contains some video clips from Armin van Buuren, exclusive "behind-the-scenes"
material and many more extra's.

Global acts as a handy greatest-hits collection of Paul Van Dyk's
wildly popular brand of shiny trance, featuring two previously
unreleased tracks along with a mix of his best-known work. While
he's justifiably famous as a DJ, it's really Van Dyk's production,
filled with shimmering electronics and relentlessly upbeat rhythms,
that sets his recorded work apart from the pack. His knack for
catchy hooks turns songs like "Another Way" from 2000's Out There
and Back into swirling epics designed for jolting the dance floor
into glowstick overdrive. Of the record's two previously unreleased
tracks, "Animacion" sounds more like Van Dyk's recent work. The other,
My World, with its speedy, early-trance-house feel, may have sat in
the back of Van Dyk's record crate for years. The DVD includes live
footage, interview snippets, fan testimonials, and a 5.1 surround
sound mix.

The second edition of the major Armin Only event took take place
in Rotterdam's Ahoy' on Saturday, 11 November. The debut in 2005
was an astonishing success on multiplefronts, which obviously
called for a sequel. This year, the event drew again over 12,000
visitors who experienced an unforgettable night,which can best be
described as an enchanting musical trip with dozens of surprisesalong
the way. Superstar DJ Armin van Buuren wasaccompanied by a variety
of guest musicians during hisamazing nine and a half hour set,
including among others Justine Suissa, Rank 1 and Tony Scott. Besides
the show registration the DVD contains interviews with the artists
involved, the Making of, Videos, Story about Armada and more.
