That includes the classic school sports day video for Witness (1 Hope) an idea dreamed up by Rodney Smith himself. Massive Attack are one of the innovative frontrunners within the world of Electronica. Credited with creating the sound of trip-hop, Massive Attack continue to develop new sound worlds with each successive release. Massive Attack has just as dstinctive a vision when it comes to videos as they do for their music. "Eleven Promos" compiles eleven videos from the mind of Massive Attack including such memorable tracks as "Unfinished Sympathy," "Safe from Harm," "Protection," and "Angel." Video directors represented are: Michel Gondry, Jonathan Glazer and Wiz among others. Other tracklistings: Daydreaming; Be Thankful for What You've Got; Sly; Karmacoma; Risingson; Teardrop.
Starkly packaged, Massive Attack's first DVD release comprises all the band's promos, and is as dark and inventive as the group's music. These rarely seen clips, including "Unfinished Sympathy," "Protection," and "Risingson," are filmed by a number of young directors, and prove an occasionally quite unsettling viewing experience. ELEVEN PROMOS shows that Massive take the medium every bit as seriously as their music.Reupped by slices, enjoy!

Gabriel Le Mar - Reel TimeOn Reel Time, opulent stringslayer (Firefly), percussively enriched progressive House with a pinch of Acid (Stick Dance) or orientally inspired Dubfunk (zero db) can be found - a real cornucopia of style-determining factors from Le Mar´s broad musical socialisation between ambienttrance, Downbeat, Electro and of course, lots of Dub. Thus, Reel Time kind of takes a stock of the Elektrolux sound from somebody with a deep understanding, bringing this mix of elements together to a synthesis in best reel time - just in the middle of the magic interface between past, presence and future of electronic music!By his latest DVD Reel Time, Gabriel Le Mar astonishes everyone who thought they´d know him. There´s something for your eyes, too: Le Mar surprises us by sophisticated graphic and cinematic interpretations of his music. The level of artistic maturity and individuality of the clips is deeply impressing. Gabriel Le Mar studied at the Berliner Hochschule der Künste and worked as an art director as well. The sounds and images, among other places, were recorded in India, Nepal, Japan and Le Mar´s homebase, Frankfurt.

Warp Vision The Videos 1989-2004These videos showcase Warp Records as a label with a brilliant 15-year history of merging experimental sound and vision. With the exception of the landmark Aphex Twin videos by Chris Cunningham and the video for Autechre's "Gantz Graf," the bulk of these have never been commercially released. Warp Vision is an amazing collection chock-full of rarities from talents such as Plaid, Broadcast, Jamie Lidell, LFO and more. Also included in the package is Watch And Repeat Play a bonus 55 minute Warpmix, mixed, sequenced and edited by soon-to-be legendary London-based DJ's Buddy Peace and Zilla. Continuing the Warpmix tradition established by DJ Food's legendary Blech mixes in the 1990's, and utilising all the modern tools now available (Samplers, Ableton Live, Final Scratch etc) they have pieced together an awesome and intricate patchwork of Warped beats and pieces, always keeping sight of the flow and the vibe.Tracklist:01.
