These videos showcase Warp Records as a label with a brilliant 15-year history of merging experimental sound and vision. With the exception of the landmark Aphex Twin videos by Chris Cunningham and the video for Autechre's "Gantz Graf," the bulk of these have never been commercially released. Warp Vision is an amazing collection chock-full of rarities from talents such as Plaid, Broadcast, Jamie Lidell, LFO and more. Also included in the package is Watch And Repeat Play a bonus 55 minute Warpmix, mixed, sequenced and edited by soon-to-be legendary London-based DJ's Buddy Peace and Zilla. Continuing the Warpmix tradition established by DJ Food's legendary Blech mixes in the 1990's, and utilising all the modern tools now available (Samplers, Ableton Live, Final Scratch etc) they have pieced together an awesome and intricate patchwork of Warped beats and pieces, always keeping sight of the flow and the vibe.

Structures is further enhanced by the inclusion of a bonus DVD featuring 'Eye Of The Storm', a visual masterpiece documentary, filmed on John's last tour of South America by Pablo Casacuberta . His exceptional creativity assumes that the viewing audience has a certain awareness of John Digweed's "public persona" and hence seeks to take a glimpse his inner life, thinking processes and his imagination using visual metaphors that can illustrate them in a graphic way. It's an approach that reinvigorates the somewhat formulaic music documentary genre, and takes it to another enthralling level. NB - You can get a further insight into the making of this documentary as Pablo Casacuberta discusses his artistic approach, below.
It seems amazing that through such an illustrious career so far, John Digweed has never had a live DJ mix made commercially available! But, 'John Digweed Live at the Vagabond', recorded live at the 9th Annual Bedrock/Creations Party at Vagabond Miami 27th March 2010, included here on the 'Structures' bonus DVD is yet another musical milestone. It's a live mix complete with slideshow that captures the essence of this amazing Bedrock party for posterity.

On Friday the 5th and Saturday the 6th of August 2005, the amazing surrealistic hilly country of the Spaarnwoude recreation area was the setting for a unique double edition of Dance Valley, welcoming over 50.000 party people…. Speculation has been rife, but it finally became reality: the 2005 edition of the Dance Valley festival, considered to be one of the biggest and most popular outdoor dance festivals world wide, lasted for two days thus being the first dutch dance festival to last for more than one day.
For the first time in the history of dance festivals, party people were given the opportunity to party for two solid days in a row to a magnificent international line-up, spending a night on a very well equipped campsite offering a fantastic night program to burn the midnight oil between both days.
