Music videos have always been very important in the history of F Communications. With the same attitude as we have towards music, we've been searching for new talents to explore all the new areas of fusion between images and electronic music. Through the years, F COM has built a quality & avant-garde reputation with the successes made on Laurent Garnier's, Mr Oizo's, The Youngsters' videos (and many more). You may have not had the chance to view these videos, as "formatting" is not our first priority when we think about creation. It's clear that we have a serious lack of silicone bimbos, fluo colours, gold chains and big cabriolet cars in our videos. It's true also that we've never been clever enough to shoot a video on a beach or in a club in Ibiza. Most of TV channels are now the sweet little ghetto of "different" videos. So, if you can't stay up late in front of your TV, we offer you this DVD & the chance to enjoy the last videos created by F Communications. Founded in 2006 by artist and producer TeZ, Optofonica is a platform for immersive art-science situated in Amsterdam (NL). The works presented on this DVD (in 5.1 surround and stereo sound options) were commissioned by Optofonica to stimulate the combined research of sound spatialization and synesthetic immersion.
Instead of creating mere objects of aesthetic seduction, a new form of art is surfacing that invites audiences to transcend the limits of habitual perception. It seeks to shift the observer's attention from the physical objects that stimulate perception to the act of perception itself. Immersivity awakens a multi-sensory awareness of both physical and mental space.

Well Deep has every promo video Big Dada (division of Ninja Tune) has ever released - around 30 of them. That includes the classic school sports day video for Witness (1 Hope) an idea dreamed up by Rodney Smith himself. And the infamous money shot from Infinite Livez video Adventures of the Lactacting Man (the glamour models he hired nearly walked). Plus the highly-influential proto-grime classic tick & Move by New Flesh (ask More Fire), and Ty beachside buried-in-sand number for Wait A Minute (filmed on the glamorous Essex coast). There's also a thirty minute documentary featuring interviews with Roots Manuva, Ty, Diplo, Juice Aleem, Mike Ladd, Infinite Livez, TTC, Wiley etc. System D128 (Diplo colloborator and the man behind the Is For Hollertronix video mixtape) has made a half hour megamix of the videos.
